the sounds were not correct and had changed so i had to alter the parts that were wrong and re-export the file

after this i released the sound was slightly so i had to correct it and export it again

experimenting with motion tracking in after effects

problems with editing

the desktop lost the videos from file whilst i was rendering my video

so i had to 'reconnect media' and locate the files

i then found the file and connected the file

then i rendered the video again so the files worked

then i waited whilst it rendered before i could export the video
